P Shyama Raju, the Chairman and Managing Director of DivyaSree Developers Group holds prominent positions and memberships in reputed institutions across South India. He is also on the board of many companies in the field of infrastructure development, charitable institutions and welfare trusts. Mr. Shyama Raju, with a very humble background, ventured into construction activities and public works related projects after graduating in commerce more than 35 years ago. That was only the beginning of a new dawn, which laid the foundation of DivyaSree Developers Group.

Due to his vision and foresightedness, he moved from government projects to development of software parks and integrated commercial enclaves. Mr. Shyama Raju pioneered the Government Private sector partnership with the first integrated state-of-the-art IT office in Bangalore, DivyaSree Chambers, which has become a prominent landmark in Bangalore CBD. The Group, under his leadership has executed several international standard projects (commercial, residential, etc) which have been well received by many MNC patrons.

Being committed to the society, he founded Reva Group of Educational Institutions under Rukmini Educational Charitable Trust, with a vision to establish and provide global standard of education to aspiring youth of the country in the disciplines of science, commerce, bio-tech, engineering and management. The aim is to provide opportunities of growth to young people and let them benefit from their exposure to industrial experience.

A voracious reader once, Mr. Shyama Raju now prefers spending quality time with his family whenever possible. He firmly believes that a fit body leads to an active mind and hence, does not miss his morning walk at any cost.

Mr. Bhaskar Raju, a graduate of Mechanical Engineering, joined the family business in 1997 and was instrumental in the group’s foray into real estate development which until then was primarily a construction company.

With a hands-on approach and eye for detail, Bhaskar has been at the helm of the company’s growth strategy. From a single-city, single-asset portfolio, Bhaskar embarked on a multi-city, multi-asset growth over the years. He was instrumental in setting up operations in Hyderabad when the city was just beginning to witness the IT boom and thereafter in Chennai.

Bhaskar plays the role of the company’s chief strategy officer, which includes new business initiatives, land acquisition and fund management. His vision is what is leading the company today towards higher goals through a focused approach on technology, systems, processes and high degree of research. Bhaskar is a trustee at REVA Group of Educational Institutions, VIT (Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, Bangalore) and other social organizations.
