Bhaskar Raju, Executive Director, DivyaSree Developers Pvt Ltd has been associated with the construction industry for more than 15 years now. After graduating in Mechancial Engineering, he ventured in to the construction business and helped DDPL expand their business in South India.

Santosh Martin, the CEO of DivyaSree Developers Pvt Ltd, has over 11 years of real estate experience and thorough knowledge of real estate markets of all major Indian cities. Prior to Joining DivyaSree, Santosh was the National Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he worked for eight years. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Santosh worked for a year and half as a key member of the corporate Real Estate services department of CB Richard Ellis in Bangalore, where he gained extensive experience in the leasing and sales market of Bangalore.
