DivyaSree has been considered a pioneer of several innovations that meet the discerning demands and requirements of the IT companies, such as incubation spaces, build-to-suit, plug and play offices, sale and leaseback options and so on. DivyaSree Developers has also enjoyed a high percentage of repeat businesses from a majority of its clients. DivyaSree Chambers is the first IT park to be built in Bangalore in partnership with the Government.

Some of the highlights of the company’s successful journey are:

DivyaSree introduced the concept of large floor plates and efficient floor-to-floor heights in commercial development in Bangalore.

DivyaSree Chambers, completed in 1999, comprised of a floor plate of around 50,000 sq.ft. This was the largest such development in the city, larger than the
size of the all the commercial projects being built by competitors.

DivyaSree has also been credited with pioneering the concept of providing incubation spaces to its clients, while the development activity was still underway. For example, Logica CMG was provided 35,000 sq.ft. of incubation space while the campus of 370,000 sq.ft. was under construction.

Similarly as DivyaSree builds the 36000 sq.ft. Google campus comes up, a 3 floor fully equipped temporary incubation has been provided for the staff.

DivyaSree structured the first commercial real estate transaction to be valued on a rental yield capitalization basis, for the sale of commercial space to HDFC.

DivyaSree was the first private developer to provide captive power generation and centralized air-conditioning in an IT Park.

DivyaSree was honored with the “Best Project Manager/ Developer of the year 2003” award by International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) along with “The Best Service Provider for the year 2004” in the Landlords Category by IFMA.
